Matt Hoover, Operations Director
Since 2015, Matt Hoover has guided Spruce Suites’ overall operations, bringing a lifelong connection to Junction City, where he’s lived since age three. He ensures our 16-apartment community thrives as a warm, welcoming home for seniors 55+, fostering an independent, vibrant lifestyle. Outside of work, Matt loves outdoor adventures with his family, playing softball, and unwinding on Colorado vacations.

Kristy Eickholt, Community Manager
Kristy has proudly managed Spruce Suites since 2023, bringing a deep connection to Junction City, where she’s lived for the past 25+ years. A dedicated leader, she ensures our 16-apartment community thrives as a warm, welcoming home for seniors 55+. In her free time, Kristy enjoys raising chickens, spending quality moments with family and friends, and baking delicious treats.
Spruce Suites began welcoming residents in spring 2013, reimagining a former 50+ bed Good Samaritan Nursing Home into a charming 16-apartment community. Each suite features custom cabinetry, sleek solid surface countertops, and modern appliances, offering seniors 55+ a stylish, comfortable home tailored for independent living in Junction City, Kansas.
